Studio Policies & FAQs

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel a class or workshop, our policy ensures fairness to both our instructors and other participants:

• Cancellations 7+ days before the class/workshop → Full refund issued.
• Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days before → 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time → No refunds, but you will receive store credit for a future class or workshop.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations → No refunds or credits will be issued.

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can accommodate others on the waitlist.

If you miss a class in a multi-week series, we will do our best to help you catch up during open studio hours. However, make-up sessions are not guaranteed and depend on available space.

To ensure a positive experience for all:

• Clean up your workspace after each session.
• Respect shared tools and equipment.
• Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy!
• Follow all kiln safety guidelines and studio rules.

• Firing schedules depend on studio demand. Pieces are typically fired within 1-2 weeks.
• Kiln space is limited, and firings are scheduled based on membership level and workload.
• Additional firings can be purchased based on space availability.
